but can't figure out how not to be cheesy so I'm just gonna come straight out and say that I was trying to meditate on the subway and I kind of slipped into a not so conscious state and got all trippy and freaked out from all the hissing and screeching. Scary stuff that subway!
(When you're eyes are open and you are conscious of your surroundings its not so much better. How can people be so indecent in public? yuck.)

yes! i agree with altie. plus, it was kind of like a blogger's convention, which is always fun.
ReplyDeletei've started practicing some of my qi gong exercises on the subway. they're really useful for maintaining your balance, but you get weird looks from people.
i love being the weird on the train, rather than the one staring at the weird one.
